Sebrena Crews is the Founder and Program Director of WERPARTNERS Housing LLC and the Daughters of Purpose Foundation, organizations devoted to providing safe, structured, and purpose‑centered transitional housing for young women. With 30 years of corporate leadership experience, she brings exceptional project management, crisis‑management expertise, financial stewardship, talent strategy, and compliance discipline to the heart of her mission. Her ability to organize complex systems, manage resources wisely, and lead with clarity shapes the strong foundation of every home she oversees.

Sebrena is happily married to her amazing, supportive husband of 33 years. She is also a proud step‑mom to three beautiful daughters who are a blessing in her life.

A mentor to young women for many years, Sebrena leads with intention, compassion, and purpose. Her love for helping people is at the core of her work, and her faith in God guides her service, her leadership, and her belief in creating environments where women can grow, heal, and step confidently into their future.

Her personal values — structure, cleanliness, accountability, compassion, faith, hard work, and the importance of joy — are woven into the culture of WERPARTNERS Housing LLC and Daughters of Purpose Foundation. Through her leadership, she empowers young women to rebuild their lives with stability, dignity, and purpose.

She is a loving wife of 26 years and a proud mother of an adult son. In her spare time, she enjoys family time, reading, word search puzzles, and learning new computer applications.
